| Louis Foodservice currently serves the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). We have delivered as far south as Baltimore, MD and as far north as Lake Placid, NY. |
| What are your minimum requirements for delivery? |

| The minimum order that is required for deliveries in the New York Metropolitan Area is $500. Orders beyond this area are handled on a case by case basis. |
| Yes. All orders received between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (EST) will have their orders delivered the following morning. |
| If you forget to put an item on your order, you have a few options which most food establishments rarely have. If you realize after 5 o'clock p.m. that you have forgotten something, you can call and leave a message. That item will be added to your order in the morning. (don't forget to give your full name, and the name and location of your business) If you realize after you receive your order, you will have two more options. First, you can call it in and pick it up. However, if you're a qualified customer, you can call it in and have it delivered by our Express Service Van same day. |
| Yes. Louis Foodservice Corporation has a cash window where purchases can be made at our warehouse. You can also call in your order and pick it up, usually at a discount. |

| Definitely. In fact, it's what we're known for. We have everything but milk. We carry butter, eggs, cheeses, sour cream, and more. Our refridgerator is filled with the best names in the business; Land O' Lakes, Kraft, Finlandia and Axelrod, and Louis Brand Farm Fresh AA Grade Eggs, which have been pre-tested for salmonella. | Again, our selection is paramount. We want to be your one-stop shop. We have Spanish items such as Tortillas, and Picante Sauce. We carry top of the line Italian items such as Freshly Grated Imported Romano Cheese (we know it's freshly grated, because we grate it fresh to order ourselves) and Manicotti stuffed with everything form plain Ricotta to Gorgonzola and Walnuts. | First orders are C.O.D. only. It is strongly recommended that you fill out a credit application with your first order so that we can extend terms to you as soon as possible. The review process generally takes up to two weeks to complete. Terms will be extended to you based on your level of credit. These terms range from 15 days up to 30 days depending on the customers needs and level of credit. Cash discounts are also available. Contact our Credit Department for details. |
| I already have a Distributor. What can you offer me? |

A lot of our customers have other distributors who service them. This keeps doors open for emergencies, allows for comparison shopping, and is just good business. We at Louis Foodservice Corporation feel that the customer comes first and we prove it through our extensive service. Next day delivery, courteous service, huge selection, specialty items, and competitive pricing are only part of the strengths we offer. We can show our clients through various reports how to better manage their inventory, find out what their turnover ratio is, determine dead items, and more.
